The Great And Terrible Thing About Denim

None

The Hill-Side makes jeans now in a slim-straight fit made with double slub red-line selvedge denim from the only prefecture in Japan I can name, Okayama. The great thing and terrible thing about denim is that you can never really have enough. I can always come up with a reason to try a new pair of jeans—everything from a new type of denim, to a different fabrication method, to a tiny little design detail. The only thing I'm better at rationalizing than buying new jeans is justifying procrastination. You never know when you need to go for a walk to clear your mind. Or go to a book store and then get a coffee and then maybe check out that new pastry shop. Or try to see what that person posted 59 weeks ago. Or, I guess, research a new pair of jeans. You never know. You can't question the creative process.
