RSVP Gallery just delivered another installment of its Q&A video series, this time featuring Fear of God founder Jerry Lorenzo.

Throughout the 11-minute video, the Los Angeles-based designer discusses everything from the recent pop-up shop with RSVP Gallery to the controversial vintage rock tees to what we can expect for the upcoming Fourth Collection. And let’s just say, the details are getting more and more exciting.

“We’re adding some new categories for the first time,” Lorenzo explained. “We’re adding denim to the collection, and we’re doubling the ready-to-wear part of it […] We’ll be releasing a shoe around holiday.”

That’s right, after teasing the introduction of footwear last month, Lorenzo has finally confirmed a Fear of God shoe release later this year.

“It’s exactly what you would anticipate a Fear of God shoe to be,” he said. “If you’ve kept up with brand and you’ve paid attention to the footwear […] we used in the third collection, there’s definitely a language there that is consistent with who we are. You can expect something derivative of those shoes.”

Sounds dope.

Take a look above to see the full interview, in which Lorenzo talks about his inspirations, staying true to his vision, as well as working with Kanye West and Virgil Abloh. The video was filmed by Zach Coffman, Jake Osmun, and Anthony Trevino, and edited by Jake Osmun.
