The team over at Kith just dropped the lookbook for the brand's summer collection and if you're looking for solid staples for the hot weather, you're fucking set. End of story. We saw some of this gear in person a couple weeks back and it's worth getting excited about. Consisting of short-sleeve band collar shirts, mesh versions of the Bleecker short, lightweight outerwear and frayed chino shorts, it's nothing overly complicated...that is, until you get to the crazy shit. In particular, the loose gauge terry pieces in slides six through nine. This gear is so insanely soft and light, even though it is technically a terry. Because of the loose gauge knit, it's super breathable and crazy comfortable. It's almost like a baja drug rug material that won't suffocate you in the summer sun. If you end up on a beach in the next two months, you'll want some of it by your side. The first set of this collection—shirts, shorts, jackets—hits Kith in-store and online tomorrow and the second batch comes later this month. Be on the lookout if you're an aspiring drug kingpin.
