Pharrell just closed the deal on a $7 million house in Los Angeles' Laurel Canyon that offers all the premium amenities of other celebrity mansions, plus some unmatched views of the city, Curbed reports

The singer/producer/designer's new spot is 4,000 square feet and offers six bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, an infinity pool, a two-story residence just for guests, and a roof deck that is equipped to project movies on the side of that enormous "guest" house. Pharrell, ever the savvy business man, didn't even pay full price for his new pad. The house was originally listed for $9 million, according to Curbed, but the 11-time Grammy award-winner only ended shelling out $7.14 million.

The house previously set a record for priciest mansion in Laurel Canyon when it sold for $5.6 million in 2009. The house was designed by its former resident, Hagy Belzberg, who founded renowned Los Angeles architecture firm Belzberg Architects. Just more proof that the super-stylish Pharrell has a great eye for design, no matter what he's looking at.
