We get it: A lot of you think it’s crazy to wear any kind of outerwear during the sweaty spring/summer season. It’s hot as hell, and you’re likely more concerned with minimizing layers than adding them on. But you might have a change of heart after getting a look at the new Louis W. for A.P.C. collection, which features a range jackets that are so dope they might actually convince you to risk a heat stroke.

Inspired by the work of famed filmmaker Gus Van Sant, these pieces have a very distinct throwback ‘90s appeal. They’re minimal, fitted, and are made of some very, very luxe material like grained leather, raw denim, and suede. Lots and lots of suede.

You can check out the new collection in the lookbook images below. If you like what you see, you can pick up the designs, ranging from bombers to varsity jackets, at A.P.C.’s online store.
