Iggy Azalea isn't new to having work (work, work, work) done. In March, the Australian rapper admitted to receiving a boob job. But when Iggy stepped out for last night's Billboard Music Awards, she had social media wondering if her chin and/or nose were the next features to go under the knife.
As Perez Hilton pointed out, there's a clear difference between the Iggy at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards, and the Iggy we saw at last night's BBMA's.

We contact board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. John Zannis (who last helped us figure out the secret behind Kylie Jenner's lips) to get his professional opinion on the issue:
"It's always hard to guess from a photo, but it certainly looks like she might have had some refinement of her nose. If so, I'd say it is a nice rhinoplasty," said Dr. Zannis in an email with Complex. "Her nasal tip is thinner and less bulbous. This signifies that some of the lower lateral cartilage has been resected from her nasal tip."
While it seems likely that Iggy had work done on her nose, it's harder to tell if she also had chin implants. "There appears to be an augmentation of the point (called the pogonion)," said Dr. Zannis via email. "This was probably done with a chin implant inserted either through the mouth or underside of the chin. Soft tissue fillers can also be used for a result that lasts 1-2 years."
While nothing is officially confirmed, naturally, people on twitter have also been weighing in on whether or not Iggy actually did get some facial surgery. (The answer: everyone thinks she got plastic surgery).
