When pro-skateboarder Eli Reed launched his eponymous brand in 2011, he delivered a graphic-heavy range comprised of just tees and accessories. Since then, it has evolved into a full-fledged skate brand that expertly blends streetwear staples with Americana and workwear elements. And his Spring 2015 collection just might be the most impressive yet.
Shot by Dan Regan in downtown NYC, the new lookbook showcases Reed’s first-ever cut-and-sew collection, featuring a wide assortment of unisex clothing that is humorous, irreverent, and just flat out good.
Embroidered sweatshirts, checkered-trim chinos, Western button-ups, six-panel caps, and all-over print socks are all included in the mix. But the best part of this collection is, of course, the range of graphic T-shirts. There’s the long-sleeve joint with checkered paneling, the “Thanks But No Thanks” design in red, and the signature “Ass” tee, which Reed rocks in a promo video posted after the lookbook below.
