Alessandra Ambrosio has landed her first speaking role in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. The model and Will Arnett were spotted shooting a scene for the new movie during a New York Knicks game last week.
The two sparked relationship rumors after the Brazilian beauty grabbed Arnett's face and kissed him on camera, but it was all for the movie. Ambrosio will play herself in the sequel with a role as Arnett's love interest.
The Victoria's Secret Angel is also said to be a contender for a part in Zoolander 2 along with fellow models Karlie Kloss, Naomi Campbell, Jourdan Dunn, and Cara Delevingne. She is also slated for a role in a comedy called Daddy's Home with Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg.
Ambrosio is the latest in the trend of models going from the runway to the silver screen. Earlier this year, Delevingne announced she would be taking a break from modeling to work on her acting career. So far, she will be featured in Suicide Squad, London Fields, and Pan.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is scheduled to hit theaters on June 3, 2016.
