ts(s) is a kinda mysterious brand (it's designed by Daiki Suzuki's brother FYI) with a distinct look that can pretty much be summarized as "liberal arts professor who never takes care of his clothes, but for some reason looks really stylish." Yes, that's a pretty long description, but it makes sense. Never in the history of academics has an English professor taken a blazer to the dry cleaners. Every piece of clothing he (or, I guess, she) owns is wrinkled beyond belief, but since he's stuck with 20 19-year-olds four days a week, he doesn't give a shit and because he doesn't give a shit, he looks fucking dope. That may not be what ts(s) says it's about, but that's what it is about. If you work in higher education, you should probably be outfitted in head-to-toe ts(s). Anyway, I really like this stuff, even though it isn't my exact steez. The eternally disheveled middle-aged man archetype like Robert Rabensteiner is still something of a legend in menswear and ts(s) ensures that he'll stay around. The wide-legged trousers, washed out palette and use of plaids and other patterns brings a little taste of all the best things from 2012 into 2015.
