Miley Cyrus has gone through a lot of changes as of late. She broke up from her fiancé, found a new boyfriend, has expanded her creative repertoire by getting into visual art, and has developed a penchant for nipple pasties (when she’s not going completely nude). It seems the Hannah Montana star is really growing up, and she’s about to say goodbye to one more piece of her childhood: The Cyrus family home in Toluca Lake, L.A. was just placed on the market for a sweet $5.9 million.

Designed by esteemed architect Bob Easton, the Tuscan-inspired home features six bedrooms and seven baths across a spacious 8,700 square feet. The home was purchased in 2007, back at the height of Miley’s Hannah Montana fame, and was originally registered to her parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus. However, it appears that back in November 2012, the property was deeded over to Miley through a trust for undisclosed reasons.

We can’t imagine Miley is too sad to see the property go—she has another home in the area, as well as a place in Studio City. Potential buyers best beware though, as the house seems to be a bit of a target for burglaries: The house has been targeted three times in two years! The first time was in November 2013 just days before Miley’s 21st birthday. The second time was an incident last June where two burglars made off with the singer’s Maserati Quattroporte (the starting price tag of which is $100,000) and some of her jewelry. And just last month, a burglar targeted the property yet again, this time taking various personal property from Miley and her brother Trace.

Damn. Whoever the buyer ends up being might want to double check the security system before moving in.
