Atlanta-based photographer Cam Kirk (Cameron Kirkland) has been on our radar for a while now because of his amazing behind-the-scenes images of hip-hop artists, including Gucci Mane, T.I., Bun B, Young Jeezy, Young Thug, and Wiz Khalifa. In case you missed it, he shared some of his favorite images with us in our Portfolio Review last year and talked about what it was like to hang out with rappers backstage, in the studio, and on the streets of their hometowns. A few of his images can also be seen in our feature on the young producers taking over the music scene in Atlanta. Now, Cam Kirk has announced that his debut photo book is finally on the way.

Titled Yesterday's Tomorrow: The Diary of Photographer, Cam Kirk, the book drops online on Jan. 12 (buy here). Kirk says that the body of work, like the title suggests, is a sort of diary of his life in 2014. There are never-before-seen images from his time spent with various artists, and the photographer will also be dropping rare video footage of Migos, Young Thug, and Rich Homie Quan working together in the studio on the track "Welcome to New Atlanta." Check out a few of the preview shots that we were blessed with below, and head to Cam Kirk's website for more information.
