This past October, Philly retailer Villa worked with Starter and G-III Sports on a satin bomber jacket that honored college basketball's Big East conference. The trio continues to pay tribute to some of college basketball's most legendary programs with this Carolina X-Mas Collection that features a satin jacket inspired by the University of North Carolina.
Starter jackets remain one of the '90s greatest fashion trends, and there's no better way to represent the same iconic Carolina blue uniforms that UNC alumni Michael Jordan, James Worthy, Vince Carter, and Rasheed Wallace rocked. The jacket also has the Tarheels' two original logos patched onto the sleeves.
If you recognize the jacket, that's probably because it's the same one from J. Cole's new "Apparently" music video—appropriate given he's from the same city.
The jacket will be available exclusively at Villa locations across the country and the retailer's website on Dec. 15.
