Stone Island gives us a taste of warmer weather with the unveiling of CONTRAS, its Spring/Summer 2015 collection.
Comprised of seasonal staples—light outerwear, knits, tees, hoodies, and shorts—this line is propelled by the concept of duality as it features a diverse mix of materials and prints. Ultra-light designs are balanced out by more dense options, solid garments are complimented by bold-pattern pieces, and technical fabrics are contrasted against those of the natural variety. It’s a diverse selection that still retains Stone Island’s signature aesthetic of vibrant and advanced clothing. It also features exclusive fabrics that use localized fading, prints, and reverse effects for a look that is unmistakably Stone Island.
