"Living better now, Coogi sweater now" is a lyric I've said a few times in my life whenever I want to get really suburban at a house party and "Big Poppa" comes on the surround sound. While cosigns from the likes of Bill Cosby and Notorious B.I.G. combined with the quality of the clothing made the brand a staple throughout the '90s, it lost practically all of its luster by the early 2000s. But earlier this year, Coogi relaunched with a focus on bringing back what it was known for and now it's receiving a full-on revival thanks to Ronnie Fieg's KITH who is bringing Coogi back in a big way.

Assisting with the brand revival behind the scenes, KITH will reintroduce the crazy patterned and textured knits and be the exclusive retailer of the brand going forward. No word on the prices yet, but you can see a few up close, detailed teasers of what the 2014 Coogi wave will look like above. It appears that the designs will bring some of the oversized, colorful sweaters back with various new details like toggle closures, elbow patches, zippered hoods and cuffed sweats. The new Coogi will be available at both KITH locations starting this weekend.
