Since you guys are my style confidants and the only ones who (occasionally) listen to my musings about style, you already know I wear black and blue clothing almost exclusively. But goddamn, lately, burgundy is really making a case to get back into rotation and I honestly don't even really like burgundy that much. Blame it on suspect numero uno: this Barena coat. Gentry describes it as a traditional coat in a non-traditional cut, made of a non-traditional fabric, which basically means it's perfect. Also, if you haven't had the pleasure of handling a Barena garment, you're really missing out, fam. This coat is mostly wool, but it's, like, the softest shit ever and, because it's blended with poly, doesn't scratch at all. That is a very hard thing to do. I imagine wearing this on a Sunday morning with an oversized sweater, sleeves hanging out of the cuffs, double-fisting a coffee and donut, looking very cool and quite homeless.
