Forty Percents Against Rights Is Finally Going To Be Available Outside Japan From September

And The Collection Is Dope

None

FORTY PERCENTS AGAINST RIGHTS (FPAR) is not your typical streetwear brand. Founded by Tetsu Nishiyama—the same mastermind behind WTAPS, the super premium high-end streetwear line,  did without logos and was sold on quality of construction, an innovative mindset at the time. FPAR's brand manifesto revolves around sabotaging the "fabricated information," put out by the mass media, they call themselves media guerrillas, hence the lookbook's lo-fi, be-gloved, look.

Now, for the first time, FPAR is going to be available outside the store, and outside Japan. FPAR takes the Japanese minimalism characteristic of WTAPS, and goes one step further. The entire collection is limited to a monochrome palette of black on white and vice versa, on a range of T-shirts, jerseys, outerwear and accessories, including tote bags, pens and an apron, presumably for the subversive types who like to get busy in the kitchen. All the designs feature FPAR's simple, iconic slogans like How To Be An Anarchist, Courage, and the eponymous Forty Percents Against Rights.

Check out the rest of the Fall/Winter Lookbook below, and look for the collection to be available through Colette, Slam Jam and Goodhood from September.
