Thankfully Molly Fitzpatrick has come up with a much needed practical guide to getting your z’s in next to your significant other. Her “Very Best and Very Worst Sleeping Positions for Couples” is a series of pictures that act as visual guides for correct and incorrect positioning. The illustrations also account for third variables like pets, hair, and rogue limbs.
