Since  founding in 1989, Maison Martin Margiela has maintained an air-tight aura of mystery. Margiela has long been one of the most celebrated high-fashion labels out there, despite the fact that Margiela himself is no longer at the company, and the current design team operates as a bunch of anonymous members of one cohesive house.

But has that mystery just been solved?

According to New York Magazine's The Cut, Margiela's head designer is a guy by the name of Matthieu Blazy. Oddly enough, Blazy's LinkedIn profile, which has been accessible by the public for years, lists him as such, specifically, Head Designer Couture and Artisanale line at Maison Martin Margiela.

Further proof is this Instagram post by international Vogue editor Suzy Menkes of Blazy and Raf Simons

Menkes also praised Blazy in her review of Margiela's fall/winter 2014 couture show.  "This collection brought the designer Matthiew Blazy out of the shadows," she wrote. "It is understandable that Renzo Rosso, whose company Only the Brave is behind Margiela, should want to keep Blazy backstage - especially since the founding designer so rarely showed his face. But you can't keep such a talent under wraps," Menkes added.

Blazy, who was previously a senior designer at Raf Simons and interned at Balenciaga and John Galliano, may not be as discreet about the fashion house that he works for. His Instagram account has tons of clues and indications that he does, in fact, work for Margiela, including the below photo of the Blazy's "Dreamteam."

What a Thursday.
