While Neighborhood plays up the badass motorcycle lifestyle, its sub-brand, Luker by Neighborhood, is inspired by music. This is apparent in the brand’s latest “Too Much Too Young” collection for the fall/winter 2014 season, named after a song performed by The Specials. The line gives iconic British styles a proper homage while also paying close attention to detail the way only a Japanese brand can.

Each piece in the collection can be easily traced back to specific uniforms worn by members of different music subcultures in the U.K. For instance, fishtail parkas reference the mod culture that preferred soul and R&B. In addition, there is a leather jacket for the punk rockers. Lastly, ska is covered through the two-tone black and white colored pieces. The collection is essentially a rundown of the major British music tribes. Keep an eye on these pieces, dropping at Luker by Neighborhood stockists worldwide.
