The people of Cleveland are certainly forgiving.

Following the massive announcement heralding LeBron James'official return to the Cleveland Cavaliers, the site selling the "Forgiven" t-shirts (created to help convince James to return to the Cavs) promptly crashed.

The shirts, created by Tony Madalone and his Cleveland-based brand Fresh Brewed Tees, are just one way that members of the city's basketball fans have tried to inspire LeBron to "come home." It seems like the shirts did the trick.

Cleveland is certainly excited for the return of their hometown hero, however the hype was so great that demand for the tees temporarily crashed Fresh Brewed Tees webshop on Friday.

Fortunately for LeBron and Cavs fans everywhere, the site is back up and, according to Madalone's estimations, expected to sell over 10,000 shirts in the coming days.

The King's return was never going to be a quiet one.
