Common Projects Fall/Winter 2014 Butters You Up Real Nice

None

Common Projects gave Style Dot Com a peek at the upcoming F/W 14 collection that's sure to be on thousands of feet in the coming months. For the most part, it sticks to the signature CP steez: minimalistic, solid colors, quality materials. You've heard the spiel many times before and know it well. Now ten years old, Common Projects has started and sustained the premium sneaker brand to be copied and, subsequently, spawned its rabid cult following. The collection trades mostly in suede and understated takes on the utilitarian boots. I don't own a pair of CPs, but I feel like with your first purchase, you receive a certificate that raises your social class at least one level. Solidly middle class? Not anymore. You've got upward social mobility now, motherfucker. While the Achilles has been, and always will be, the signature CP silhouette, the Bballs continue to be a devastating flex bomb after their introduction last season. I mean, you've already separated yourself from the lamestream with super buttery, $400 sneakers, so you should probably go one step further and get the NXT LVL 101 model. You're not a freshman anymore, homie.
