Our buddy (read: boss) Jian Deleon wrote for (James Beard Award-winning publication) First We Feast about the growing intersection of coffee and #menswear. It’s no secret that coffee and fashion have gone together for decades now. First it was the notion that hard work necessitated a strong double shot in a cappuccino each morning and a mid-afternoon espresso pick-me-up. But what Jian’s pointing out is the now almost inextricable link as coffee has in fact, become fashion. I could continue to summarize Jian’s article, but really, head over to First We Feast and read the whole thing. As a fitting coda to this post, Jian and I totally got Blue Bottle coffees while waiting for a show to open at Fashion Week. Woolf got a hot chocolate. Smfh.
