The always hilarious Louis C.K. reportedly dropped $2.49 million dollars to own the Primrose Cottage, a three-storey beach house that baseball legend Babe Ruth once used as a summer home. The 4,957-square-foot Tudor-style home sits on two acres of land and has six bedrooms, five fireplaces, original millwork from the early 1900s, and a dock where he can park his boat

We assume that Louis C.K. will also use the property as a summer home, or he may go the Jimmy Fallon route and use it as a weekend spot for himself and his family to escape the city.
