Chances are, Linear Cycle is unlike any clock you have ever seen before. Design duo BCXSY, made up of Boaz Cohen and Sayaka Yamamoto, decided to re-imagine the typical analog clock into something a little more playful. Their highly minimalist Linear Cycle clock swaps rotating dials for a revolving shell-like structure that looks cool, though its practicality is questionable.
At first glance, it may not be immediately apparent how the contraption works. Throughout the day, the twelve angles on the revolving piece line up with a corresponding hour of the day. The only downside to this clock is that it doesn't tell you how many minutes have gone by.
Still, BCXSY's clock looks pretty dope. Would you cop this for your home?
