Never doubt the power of Opening Ceremony's dynamic duo Carol Lim and Humberto Leon. The pair's Opening Ceremony storefront/clothing line has recently set their sights on shoe brand Teva, prompting a collaboration collection that's nothing short of nostaligic goodness.

Last seen on your summer camp counselor or your freshman year roommate, Tevas have always combined bright, nylon, click-buckle straps with a cushy sole. For Opening Ceremony, Tevas has revitalized three styles: the “Universal Hurricane,” “Gladiator Hurricane,” and the "Psyclone."

The Universal Hurricane is a take on the Teva Hurricane with a removable ankle strap and gold or silver metallic nylon. The Gladiator Hurricane tweaks Teva's patterned webbing onto a newly designed ankle-height silhouette. The Psyclone comes direct from the Teva archives, with an open-toe neoprene upper.

When asked about the project with Teva, Leon stated, "We've been loyal fans and customers of Teva since we were kids, and we have always wanted to partner with this iconic footwear brand. "We are excited to offer exclusively to our customers our favorite, classic Teva styles with a new point of view."

Look for the collection to hit exclusively at Opening Ceremony stores in the coming months.
