Jimmy Fallon, the reigning champ of late night television, is pretty much settled in to his new digs with The Tonight Show with close to 40 episodes in the bag. As a way to escape the city life, Fallon and his family spend their weekends at the farmhouse he bought three years ago in Sagaponack, two hours away from Manhattan. The six bedroom, five bathroom home sits on 2.2 acres and also features two cottages and a barn. Fallon's daughter is a little too young to ride horses, but the property looks like a great place to raise a family and unwind from the stresses of the city.

Check out this video tour of the home we wish we owned.
