One is Antebellum style while another is described as a log home. The land also comes with a 12-stall barn, which features a caretaker's apartment. This is basically more land than any single family unit would know what to do with, so good luck to McGraw and Hill on selling it anytime soon.

For those amenities alone, her asking price isn't insane, but we don't see this leaving the market any time soon. Maybe she'll decide to hold onto it for family vacations after the listing (which first went up last August) continues to collect dust over the next few months.
