Mary-Kate Olsen's New York town house is an urban dream home stretching five stories high with nine fireplaces, a Juliet balcony, and a sweeping backyard. We would expect nothing less for Hollywood's favorite twin.

There must have been something missing for Mary-Kate, however, because the house just sold to artist Aaron Young for $6.4 million. Young bought the home with his fiancée Laure Heriard Dubreuil

Purchased in August of 2012 by Mary-Kate's longtime lover, French banker Olivier Sarkozy, the stunning home sits in Manhattan's East Village. It was constructed the same year President Lincoln took office and measures an impressive 4,200 square feet. In 2012, Sarkozy paid $6.25 million for the town house.
