Versus Versace's recent resurrection has seen some dynamic creations from Christopher Kane, J.W. Anderson, and M.I.A. The latest talent to be tapped to design the diffusion line from the venerable Italian house is Anthony Vaccarello. The Belgian designer is known for skin-tight clothing that exudes sexiness, and while we're not sure how this will translate into the men's portion of Versus Versace, it certainly seems like a good match.
"Anthony's clothes have everything that I love: they are sensual, dynamic, daring," Donatella Versace said. "He is a natural, and has the confidence and talent to push fashion where he wants it and where it is relevant for today's women. I can't wait to collaborate with him, and to see Versus Versace through his eyes." But Donatella, we want to know what Vaccarello's going to do for dudes! Guess we'll have to wait for the decadent unveiling in 2014 to see what he has up his sleeve.
