We can always count on Hanksy to create timely and humorous pieces around the holidays. We loved the Tom Hanks Thanksgiving piece last year and he dropped a few great pieces for the Fourth of July this year, but his Christmas pieces may be the best yet. Our personal favorite is the "Lil' Waynedeer" piece done in Nolita earlier this month, blending the magical Arctic mammal with the mug of New Orleans rapper, Lil' Wayne. Hanksy offered prints of the piece on his website, but they sold out pretty quickly.

In addition to the Wayne piece, Hanksy shared photos of a Home Alone-themed piece he created in an abandoned house in the East Village and another piece that featured Hermey, the elf from Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer with the hashtag #ELFIE.
