The Google Open Gallery Helps Museums and Other Cultural Institutions Share Content Online

The best part is that it's free.

Google recently shared information about a service available through the Google Cultural Institute that may be very beneficial for museums, galleries, and artists around the world. After using the available technology to assist a select few institution over the past few years, the Google Open Gallery is now open to "anyone with cultural content" who wants to share it online. Once approved, Google will help you understand the program and formatting and will host your content for free. There are 45 active open galleries already and that number is sure to skyrocket, so why not get in on the ground floor?
