The NGA Building at The Yards in Washington DC (at M St. SE and New Jersey St. SE) is going to be demolished in 2014, but before it's torn down, it will become a work of public art. The project is called “Art Yards,” and seven internationally recognized artists have been invited to use the building as their canvas. The Australian street art duo Dabs & Myla have completed their section of the project, a massive mural featuring a displeased  bat in a bow tie. The street artists chose black and warm colors to bring their distinctive cartoon-esque creature to life.
