Actor and marijuana-advocate Cheech Marin is also an avid collector of Chicano art. Marin has been touring an exhibition entitled "Chicanitas: Small Paintings from the Cheech Marin Collection {size doesn't matter}." The exhibition opened recently at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. John Valadez, Leo Limón, Patssi Valdez, Jari “Werc” Álvarez, Ana Teresa Fernández, and Sonia Romero are among the artists represented in the show, open now through March 23.
