Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garçons has released a creative manifesto, and it's pretty interesting stuff. For a designer that rarely grants interviews or other glimpses into her private world, it's a very revealing look at how she conjures up abstract notions and eventually brings them forth and expresses these ideas in the form of tangible garments.
There's not much else to say, except that this is the creative process taking place in the mind that's behind the arguably greatest Japanese brand of all time, so definitely give it a read.
