In what Jens Lennartsson calls “the most epic self-promotion ever made,” the Swedish travel and lifestyle photographer had a personalized action figure made to hand out to potential clients and employers, rather than a simple paper promotion.
He calls the figure GI Jens and it overtakes the compulsory need for both selfies and handing out business cards at once. You can’t quite deny that handing someone an action figure that resembles a potential employee is unforgetable. What do you do with that? It doesn't go stuffed in a desk. And how does one throw such a unique piece of promotions away? Lennartsson says he wanted something that people would have to keep out in the open, showing it off to the inquisitive.
