The Marlborough Gallery is set to open the doors of their new location on Broome Street in Manhattan, and we can't think of a better way to do that then with an exhibition of pizza art. "PIZZA TIME!" features more than 25 pizza-themed works by artists including Willem de Kooning, Michelle Devereux, Andrew Kuo, Jonah Freeman, and John Baldessari. From anthropomorphic slices to magic carpets to literal pies, the art in the show honors the perfect food. No regional beef allowed, this exhibition is for art and pizza lovers, period, and there are some good spots to grab a couple bites very close to the gallery for when your belly starts to roar.

The exhibition opened on September 8.
