This is how Kanye West lives—in a 200 square meter loft in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Claudio Silvestrin Architects in 2007, the high-design home is marked by a "continuous, unrestricted flow of space" and is visually anchored by two monolithic stone structures, one for the kitchen/bar and one for the bathtub.

The Minimalist apartment is decked out in French limestone and pear wood, only the finest for Mr. West. The space was under construction when Kanye bought it, and he moved in February, 2008 according to Dezeen

This isn't the first time Kanye has shown interest in art and design. He's named 20th century modernist architect Le Corbusier as inspiring Yeezus, and he's recently called uponPeter Saville to create a visual identity for him.
