Cool "Disco" Dan, a graffiti artist in Washington, D.C. during the 1980s, is now the focus of an in-depth documentary by filmmaker Joseph Pattisall and graffiti historian Roger Gastman, narrated by D.C native Henry Rollins. The film tells the legend of the popular graffiti artist and also dives into the complicated history of the District of Columbia.
