The dark, gothic label did not disappoint.

As En Noir geared up for its second presentation at New York Fashion Week, everyone was stoked to see what the leather-centric label would be draping their models in this season. Surprisingly, the L.A.-based label deviated from the typical street goth look that En Noir itself played a significant role in making one of the dopest trends of late. Leather definitely still had a strong presence, but the Spring / Summer 2014 collection also included tons of prints, laser-cut fabrics, and, perhaps most shockingly of all, a bit of color that popped super-well against Snarkitecture's "Coal Wasteland" set.

The presentation proved that En Noir could flip the script and progress into new worlds without straying too far from the slick, gothic aesthetic that brought them this far. Helping round out the styling were simple, high-quality footwear from ETQ-Amsterdam, one of our favorite luxe sneaker labels at the moment. Like any NYFW show or presentation, a shit-ton of work went into the production, and we were on hand both behind the scenes and during the show to witness the dark, electric world of En Noir.
