Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are allegedly looking to sell their estate in Malibu for $42 million, but they are doing so under the radar. According to Curbed, the 25,000-square-foot mansion was designed by Stephen Samuelson of Plan A Architecture, took seven years to complete, and sits on 150 acres of hillside property. The price is a little ridiculous in this market but the compound is gorgeous and Jada Pinkett Smith has slept there so we understand.
