Mad Decent has slowly but surely gained a reputation for discovering and showcasing some of the dopest indie and EDM acts out there. From Major Lazer to RiFF RAFF, the Diplo-led music label has also been putting on one of the summer's best parties since 2008. The Mad Decent Block Party started out as just that, but it's become a powerhouse festival that tours around the country putting on a day of music, dancing, and general awesome partying.
This year, the party descended on the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, and kids of all ages, sizes, and styles came out to celebrate in the sun. In order to appropriately party on the waterfront, people broke out their most festive gear to both stunt and wild out in the raucous crowd. The accessory du jour was definitely a bottle of water, and we were on hand to capture the sick style that every party attendee brought to the waterfront.
