Everyone needs good wardrobe basics along with some shirts and outerwear that helps them standout from everyone else. You could visit the most exclusive boutique on the Internet, and we often do, but J.Crew's has earned the title of "number one e-commerce site," WWD is reporting.
The reason behind J.Crew's success via e-commerce isn't just the retailer's great clothes, shoppers found the packages getting to them quicker, in better condition, and loved the customer service that they received. We're sure the items in the sales section and easy-to-find products didn't hurt, either.
