Canadian photographer Edward Burtynsky presents several "human interaction(s) with nature" in a series of photos/videos that capture water in ten different countries and its profound role in human life from an aerial view. Footage courtesy of Mongrel Media, this particular film articulates water's role, the importance of agriculture (the largest activity involving water-use noted on the planet), and how water is used globally from the suburbs to the city. Burtynsky carefully approaches each unique landscape from a different perspective, making sure to emphasize both the power and a sense of scale with his photographs.
