Public School's ascent to menswear powerhouse has been well documented, from their ever increasing buzz online to their recent CFDA win. Founders Dao Yi Chao and Maxwell Osborne are firmly on top of the fucking world at the moment, leaving guys like me anxious to see their next move will be. Will they collaborate with some mega retailer? Will they drop a full collection of footwear? Nothing that extreme seems to be on the horizon, but while we wait the first images of the brand's Holiday 2013 collection are here to hold us over. In true Public School form, the clothing resides mostly in subtle and dark solids, although a patterned sweater (in both crewneck and cardigan iterations) adds a sophisticated energy to the cold weather collection. We're particularly digging that motorcycle jacket under camel hair topcoat steez, which really is the perfect representation of Public School's image: classics injected with a youthful rebelliousness via unique details and fresh styling.
