True Religion put up a for-sale sign on the company last year in hopes that any buyer out there could save the company. The sale took a while but it looks like investment firm TowerBook Capital Partners is stepping in and buying the company for $835 million—almost a hundred million more than the brand’s estimated $541.8 million value last year. This isn’t the investment firm's first time in the fashion rodeo. The company has also invested in Jimmy Choo, Phase Eight, and Odlo. It would have been more fitting to see the company go in the hands of die-hard True Religion fans 2 Chainz and Lavish P. but the price must have been too high for the two wealthy spenders. You still have time to invest while stock is currently at $31.60 (and climbing).
