Ra Di Martino Captures Abandoned Star Wars Set In Tunisian Desert

"If you're saying that coming here was a bad idea, I'm starting to agree with you."

New York based filmmaker and visual artist Ra di Martino recently photographed an abandoned Star Wars Film set in Chott el Djerid, Tunisia titling the work: "No More Stars." After traveling the area for over a month he selected his best shots for the series where formally the fictional planet of Tatooine (home of Luke Skywalker) once was. The set remains in such good condition due to the sand's protection, and even after years after its abandonment the set is barely scathed. Even years later, the legacy lives on.
