The most epic imaginary battle in oral and musical history has finally been translated to the page, preserving it for all eternity. We refer to, of course, the battle between Yoshimi and the robots, first told in 2002 by The Flaming Lips in their aptly titled album, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.
Comic artist, Pablo Stanley, took it upon himself to translate the song's lyrics into a language that we all understand: a two-dimensional cartoon. Capturing key scenes from The Flaming Lips song Do You Realize??, Stanley draws Yoshimi as she courageously takes on the group of titanium tyrants to save the one she loves.
