Even amongst the bright lights of Las Vegas it's pretty easy to pick RiFF RAFF out of a crowd, especially when he and his crew are decked out in Neff gear. The rapper known as Jody Highroller took a break from being James Franco (they are supposedly the same person) to descend upon Vegas and take over the Project Show. With a debut album dropping this summer and a clothing partnership in the works with Neff—both called Neon Icon—the rapper has plenty reason to celebrate.

After an impromptu photoshoot in the Las Vegas airport and on the strip, it was straight to the PROJECT MVMNT Kickoff Party at XS Las Vegas where Diplo set it off. Pusha-T, Machine Gun Kelly, Ben Baller, and Q from Worldstar all joined in at various points in the night, and the revelry lasted well into the morning. Inhumanly unfazed by the precdeing night's festivities, RiFF RAFF sat down with Complex on Day One of Project to walk us through the new Neff collection that he plans to wear on Spring Break while traffic surfing, entertaining beach bunnies who like tanicures (explanation below), and throwing down 50 point dunks.

Rap Game King Tut on his ideal outfit:
Some crocodile custom-made emerald, shamrock green Jordans that were custom made over in Egypt. They like 10 racks. I got socks from Sweden that are glow in the dark. I have alligator skin pants that were made by me, and those are 50 racks. And then I got like five, ten chains on. Each one is a different WWF wrestler. Iced out. And that's like, probably $400,000 each, so now we're up to like 2, 5, 7 million. Then no shirt. Don't even need a shirt. And braids.

Rap Game Warren Moon on getting dressed in the morning:
Start from the feet up. You buy the shoes and then put on items to match the kicks. Find some shoes and try to match the whole thing around that and then add accessories around that. That's it. Simple.

I'm like a mix of Deion Sanders and Will Smith. I'm a Neon Icon.

Rap Game Sammy Davis Junior Senior on the recreational activities he does when wearing Neff:
Traffic surf. That's where you get out of your car and you stand on the roof of your car and you just surf it with no one else in the car. One foot's on the windshield and the other foot's on the sunroof. [strikes a surfing pose] Ha-HA, suckers! In head to toe neon.

Rap Game James Franco on his Spring Break plans:
Every weekend is spring break for me. This spring break I might be at SXSW or maybe me and James Franco will switch positions and I'll be on Spring Breakers and he'll be doing meetings with magazines and stuff for me. Switch it up! We're the same person anyway, so it doesn't matter.

Rap Game Bon Jovi on the Grammy he won for Best Dressed:
I put it in my bathroom. It holds my shower curtain. It's on the top on the rack and super glued it to the wall. It's holding up the corner of the shower curtain.

Rap Game Albert Einstein on the girls who like dudes wearing Neff:
Probably beach bunny girls who like to get tanicures. That's tanning and manicures.

Rap Game Stacey Augmon on his basketball career:
I have some dunks that would win the slam dunk contest. I've already thought of this, it's a 50 point dunk. [Holds up hand] Ball right here. You jump up, hand up through the net, you grab the rim right here, and then grab it with the other hand and dunk it. 50 points. I got highlight tapes, I can't find 'em, where I had a 51 point game, 13 three's in a game, in Pulley league.  This is dead serious. So when I was 19 I had already quit school and everything. I was out in a Pulley league in Minnesota. Yeah I'm 20 so that was last year.

Rap Game Cathy Horyn on the Neff x Versace collaboration:
Man. Probably have some lime green python crocodile belts. This is stingray [points to belt], but if I had the crocodile belt and maybe a marble ruby in the crocodile eye, and each eye a different color, it'd be over.

Rap Game Mario Batali on whether Action Bronson has cooked for him:
Maaan, nah. We're gonna do an episode though where we're cookin' and shit.  When he orders at a restaurant I just let him go in there and do some shit. We've ordered food like 50,000 times. He eats a lot. What he'll do, when he go out he orders a whole bunch of shit and just taste-test everything. Like veal with duck sauce, and some random ass shit. You know who took me to a good restaurant? Skrillex did one time. We were with Diplo and we went to Red Berry or something. They have sauteed singed brussell sprouts and shit. He knew what to order, too.

Rap Game Steve McQueen on his childhood style:
Growing up, I watched Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and seen how he dresses. And just like, from Martin and shit, when I was a kid like seven or eight years old I wanted to buy Girbauds with the stripes. Everybody had that. And like, yo if you had the new Girbauds, you were the shit. I remember this kid came to school with a Charlotte Hornets jersey on and some purple and turquoise striped Girbauds. That was the first day of school, and he was popular after that. I was like, damn I gotta get some Girbauds.

Rap Game Boy Meets World on developing his steez:
I used to see Deion Sanders and shit and he was all flashy. When I see shit like that, even though I was like seven, eight years old and watched MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice, I still remember that shit. So now that I'm starting to move and everything I'm gonna start asking Ben Baller to start designing necklaces for me. I just collect chains and jewelry and watches, you know? It's like the Fresh Prince 2.0, cause I'm comin' with the jewelry. So I'm like a mix of Deion Sanders and Will Smith. I'm a Neon Icon.

Maybe me and James Franco will switch positions and I'll be on Spring Breakers and he'll be doing meetings with magazines.

Rap Game Donut Sprinkles on Neon Icon:
It's the album, it's the clothing line. Album's out in June. It's the Diplo album with WizKhalifa, Castle Rock, I just talked to MGK last night. He's gonna get on the album. I'll get Ben Baller on there talking shit. I just wanna get everyone cool involved with it. And with all this support, especially being my first album coming in, it's really lifted a huge weight off my shoulders.

Rap Game Jodie Foster on his clothing line with Neff:
I got watches coming out, shirts, tank tops, the Jody glasses. Cause whenever I'm at a beach party people be asking for that shit. It is what it is. Most of it's all neon, crazy patterns, crazy designs, shorts, swim trunks. Got the Deion sandals coming out. This partnership's still in the beginning stages of the process, but once we start really getting into discussions it's gonna move. We're gonna fly out to the Cayman Islands, have Hawaiian BBQ's…

Rap Game Pablo Picasso on what to expect from Neon Icon clothes:
Every few months we're gonna drop new shit and get into the swing of things. A lot of it is neon crazy designs like how we do. People always thought I was already involved with it but it was always just a perfect match. I haven't seen a clothing company really like that. It's basically like they're making clothes for me anyway. So when I actually come into it and add a twist with my designs and my style, then there are just endless possibilities.
