Moupia Does Some Digging to Find Rare Fabrics for 5-Panels

The Spain-based brand goes back a couple decades for some exclusive textiles.

Moupia has found a treasure trove of fabrics for its latest release titled “Catch Me If You Can.” The newest 5-Panels use vintage textiles from the ‘60s and ‘70s featuring all types of all-over prints that were popular during that trippy era. Prints include bicycles, trains, ducks, and paisley patterns, with the addition of wool African Kitenge fabrics, which have been a staple print in many of its releases. 

Not only did the brand dig for rare fabrics, the caps this season have been improved to provide a more comfortable fit.  The lining is softer and the crown is a little bit bigger. There will be 15 caps total as part of the collection. Here’s a preview of five caps in the lineup. The first wave of releases starts Wednesday, February 27 at 6 p.m. EST on the Moupia website
