Time Spent That Might Otherwise Be Forgotten is a series from Santa Monica-based artist Diane Meyer. She picks failed photographs and combines the images with embroidery. The intent is to use the experience she had when taking the picture and repurpose it, inventing a new moment in time. The embroidery adds 'pixels' to the picture and pushes the new moment even further towards the viewer.
